We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Back office to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, and coordinating various sales-related activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- 1) Build Client Relationships:
-Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Utilize calling and email marketing strategies to generate leads.
-Conduct research on provided data to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, leads generated, and overall progress.
-Provide feedback on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
-Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
-Update and maintain the client database regularly.
-Address client questions regarding products, prices, and availability.
-Follow up with clients to obtain feedback on products and services.
-Set up meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
-Track progress of leads and report to the sales team regularly.

-Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
