Job Description

The Back Office Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative tasks, data entry, and providing operational support to ensure efficient workflow within the office. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Back Office Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and handle any back-office functions as needed.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, record keeping, and maintaining internal databases.
  • Assist with preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring they are forwarded to the appropriate departments.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure document security and accessibility.
Collaborate with the front office and various departments to support smooth operations.
  • Assist with invoicing, payroll support, and processing expense reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to office management.
  • Support in project coordination by managing schedules and timelines.
Conduct quality checks on data entry and documents before submission.
  • Qualifications
: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and administrative practices.
Knowledge of bookkeeping or basic accounting principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10,
  • 00 - 20,000.00 per month
