The Back Office Executive will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our team and ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company information
  • Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with office management tasks, such as organizing files and scheduling appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
