We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and visitors and ensuring they have a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our front desk, handling incoming calls, and performing general administrative duties.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Good written and verbal communication skills..
