Job Title: Back Office Executive - Travel and Tours

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in a travel agency

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team at [Company Name], a leading Travel and Tours agency located in Kudasan, Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in the travel industry and will be responsible for handling various back-office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Booking & Reservations: Handle all bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.

Documentation: Prepare and manage necessary travel documents, including visas, tickets, and itineraries.

Customer Support: Provide support to customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels regarding their bookings and travel plans.

Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information, bookings, and transactions into the companys database.

Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on daily operations, bookings, and other relevant metrics.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the back-office processes.

Compliance: Ensure that all travel arrangements comply with the company policies and travel regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience working in a travel agency or similar environment.

Strong knowledge of booking systems, travel documentation, and customer service practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with travel management software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
