Job Overview
We are hiring a Back Office Employee to join our team at Inspiron Technology. As a Back Office Employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This is a full-time position with a location in Malad, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Familiarity with basic office equipment
- Knowledge of sales and customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
- Previous experience in back office administration is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Support the sales team by providing necessary documentation and information
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the office environment
- Handle any other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
