We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Back Office Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including creating presentations, communicating with clients and vendors, arranging transportation and logistics, and maintaining price lists and records. As a vital member of our back office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Create Presentations: Develop visually appealing and informative presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar software to support sales and marketing efforts, client meetings, and internal communication.
- Communicate with Clients and Vendors: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service. Maintain professional and courteous communication through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
- Arrange Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate transportation and logistics for deliveries, meetings, and events. This includes liaising with transportation providers, organizing schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare Price Lists: Maintain accurate and up-to-date price lists for products offered by the company. Collaborate with relevant departments to gather pricing information and update the price lists accordingly.
- Record Management: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents. Organize and archive records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval when needed.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a back office or administrative capacity(Freshers can also Apply).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
