About Us: T4Tech Vision is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing top-notch IT services and solutions to our clients. We are looking for a skilled Back Office Coordinator to join our team and support our administrative and operational functions.
  • Job Summary: The Back Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves supporting different departments, maintaining records, handling communications, Making quotationsand assisting with inventory control.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Communication: Distribute communications to relevant departments and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with company policies.
Coordination: Organize and coordinate staff meetings, update calendars, and assist with scheduling.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide support to the front office team as needed.Financial Tasks: Assist with processing receipts, invoices, and bills, and support basic bookkeeping activities.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a back office or administrative capacity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
