We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the back office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the back office
  • Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department
  • Manage and maintain records and documentation
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1-5 years of experience in back office coordination or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
