Job Description

Office assistants perform a variety of tasks to keep an office running smoothly, including administrative tasks, managing the front desk, and providing communications support:
  • Front desk: Greet visitors, applicants, and employees, and answer phones
Administrative tasks: Handle email, faxes, mail, and deliveries, and coordinate meeting room calendars
  • Communications support: Answer questions, forward messages, and confirm customer orders
Office organization: Keep the office clean and stocked, and order office supplies
  • Other tasks: Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports, and schedule travel arrangements

Job Type: Full-time

  • Day shift


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
* total work: 1 year (Preferred)
