Job Title: Back End Developer
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in software development, with a proven track record of designing customer-focused, architecturally robust solutions that deliver top-tier software experiences.
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and Django (must-have).
- SaaS Development: Previous experience developing a SaaS platform (preferred).
- NLP and ML: Prior experience in NLP engineering and building machine learning models is a plus.
- Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
- Tech Architecture/DevOps: A background in tech architecture or DevOps is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Basic understanding of LLMs, RLHF, transformers, and embeddings (preferred).
- Test Automation: Deep understanding of Test Automation and integrating testing into the development process.
- Engineering Culture: Passionate advocate for an engineering culture that values QA, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Problem-Solving: Pragmatic problem-solver who can identify core issues and develop simple, elegant solutions.
- Hustle Attitude: Ability to work on multiple products or features simultaneously with a proactive mindset.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Proficiency in distributed systems built on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with microservices, serverless architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
