Backend Developer ( Node JS)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer with over 2-3 years of experience in

Node.js to join our dynamic team at Squadra Media. You will be responsible for developing,

maintaining, and enhancing our backend systems, ensuring high performance and

responsiveness to front-end requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using

Node.js.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with

server-side logic.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Implement security and data protection solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Debug and resolve complex technical issues.

Contribute to code reviews and the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management

(SQL/NoSQL), and server-side technologies.

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
