Key Responsibilities

Develop APIs and Services: Design and build RESTful APIs that enable communication between the front end, AI models, and databases, ensuring efficient data exchange and smooth user interactions.

Database Design and Management: Design, implement, and optimize databases to effectively store user data, AI character profiles, interaction history, and multimedia content.

AI Model Integration: Integrate AI models seamlessly into the backend infrastructure, enabling the platform to generate responses, handle complex interactions, and deliver personalized experiences.

Infrastructure Optimization: Focus on scalability, reliability, and security. Optimize the backend architecture to handle increasing user traffic and data demands.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with frontend engineers, AI developers, and designers to create a cohesive and unified platform.

Contribute to the Evolution of the Platform: Actively participate in defining and implementing new features, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring the platform's growth and stability.

Communication, Authentication & Analytics: Able to use tools like Firebase, Mixpanel for more seamless experience for Frontend Integration and use.

Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of backend development experience, specifically with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB and MySQL.

Proficient in building scalable APIs and integrating third-party services.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and backend development best practices.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field.

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Experience in feature-driven development.

Nice to Have:

Experience in managing cross-platform compatibility issues.

Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Exposure to some front-end frameworks or library.

Knowledge of developing WebSocket Apis for real time communication at production level.

Knowledge of developing WebRTC Apis for Video Calling feature at production level
