We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in backend development and demonstrate strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript,Express.js. This role involves designing and implementing scalable APIs, managing databases, and developing robust server-side logic. • API Development:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance APIs.
2. Ensure APIs are well-documented, robust, and secure.

• Database Management:

1. Design and optimize database schemas to ensure data integrity and performance.
2. Implement data storage solutions and manage database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

• Server-Side Logic:

1. Develop and maintain server-side logic to support front-end functionalities and business requirements.
2. Implement and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure.

• Collaboration:

1. Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
2. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality.

• Performance and Security:

1. Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
2. Implement security best practices to protect data and applications from vulnerabilities.
   

• Educational Background:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

1. 3-5 years of experience in backend development.
2. Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable APIs.
4. Experience with database management and server-side logic.

• Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in using database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
2. Familiarity with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
3. Experience with version control systems like Git.
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
   

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
