Job Description

  • Relevant experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum master
  • Experienced scrum master for PI Planning and ongoing Agile planning/tracking methodology
  • Experience in handling projects / initiatives aimed at mitigation of legal and compliance risk
  • Should have good working knowledge of Epics and Requirements, As-Is, To Be/desired solution outline, backlog creation
  • Understanding of the Agile ways of working
  • Experience in managing Governance (e.g. Change impact assessment, Business readiness)
  • Good stakeholder management especially with stakeholders including senior business leads, risk & compliance stewards, technology
  • Good Knowledge of Cross-Border guidelines is an added advantage
  • Cross-Border compliance and understanding of what activities permitted when the customer/prospects visits or travel abroad.
  • Knowledge of applicable Global Standards Manuals (GSMs), Compliance Manuals and Functional Instruction Manuals (FIMs).
