5.Key Responsibilities-

• Gather requirements, analyze, prioritize, clarify to implementors, co-ordinate UAT, sign off and post launch validations for the assigned initiative.
• Manage partners likebusiness users, product owners, architects, engineers and testers effectively.
• Respond to and handle complex issues in testing and production.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis.
• Connect with an internationaluser community and help to embed our culture of continuous improvement.
