Job Description

Lead and supervise a team of travel agents, providing direction, guidance, and support.
  • 2. Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • 3. Train new team members on booking systems & company processes
    • 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries & complaints, ensuring timely resolution
    • 5. Guest Handling
    • 6. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets & revenue goals.
    • 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to team
    • 8. Maintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamwork


    • 9. Stay updated on industry trends, travel products & destination information to provide


    accurate advice and recommendations.

    • 10. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize processes &


    improve customer experience.
