We are looking for a talented B2B Social Media Copywriter & Strategist with a deep understanding of LinkedIn and at least 3 years of experience crafting content for this platform. The role will involve working across diverse and complex B2B clients, quickly grasping their unique voices, industry terminology, and writing in their vernacular. Key Responsibilities:
Write engaging and tailored social copy for various B2B clients 2-3 times per week on average.
Quickly adapt to each client's unique voice, learning industry-specific terminology and expressing it fluently.
Develop copy that resonates on social media, with a LinkedIn-first focus, in close collaboration with our team, including recommendations for different post formats and supporting visual content (e.g., writing design briefings for supporting imagery to be created by our graphic design team).
Monitor and analyze content performance, continually optimizing for engagement and alignment with client goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, primarily focused on LinkedIn, B2B marketing best practices, and industry standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience writing specifically for social media, with a B2B and LinkedIn-first focus.
Ability to manage and build a strategic social media editorial calendar for clients.
Ability to create design briefs to support social needs.
Proven ability to work across various complex and unique B2B clients, adapting to their specific voices and industries.
Managed marketing services for IT Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Software-as-a-Service/SaaS, Networking, Business Insurance, and Professional Services
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Experience and comfort creating design briefings for LinkedIn posts
Additional Requirements:
Willing to work onsite
Ability to work hours in line with US-based customers, availability 9 am-5 pm EST (9 pm - 5 am local time)
Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and render overtime as needed
