Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

*Location:* Delhi NCR

*Company:* Unified Mentor

*Salary:* 10,000 - 15,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)

*Travel Allowance:* Provided

*Incentives:* Attractive incentive structure based on successful signing of commercial MOUs

Job Description:

Unified Mentor is seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with educational institutions to establish partnerships that provide students with valuable training and internship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- *Daily College Visits:* Visit at least 2 colleges daily to engage with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs).

- *MOU Signing:* Convince TPOs to sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Unified Mentor, ensuring students receive training and internships.

- *Calling:* After returning home by 3 PM, make targeted calls for at least 2 hours to potential partners and follow up on leads.

- *Reporting:* Maintain daily reports on visits, calls, and progress made towards achieving targets.

- *Relationship Building:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with college representatives to facilitate ongoing collaboration.

- *Achieve Targets:* Work towards signing a significant number of commercial MOUs with colleges, leveraging the incentive structure.

Working Hours:

*Days:* Monday to Saturday

*Timings:* Start at 9 AM and complete field visits by 3 PM, followed by 2 hours of calling.

Qualifications:

- *Education:* Graduate in any discipline.

- *Experience:* Prior experience in B2B sales is preferable. However, training will be provided for candidates without experience.

- *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- *Personality:* Presentable, confident, and persuasive.

- *Location:* Must reside in the Delhi NCR region.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Proactive and result-oriented approach.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
