Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: 20,000 - 35,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients in the plastics, packaging, and related industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct 50-60% travel to meet clients across assigned territories.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions from the product portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in plastics, packaging, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
