Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Present and demonstrate software products to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for potential and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Market Analysis:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.
- Sales Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and gather market intelligence.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex software solutions.
- Proficiency in SAAS products and sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Experience: - 6-10 years (Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales)
Budget - Upto 14 LPA overall
