Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a self-starter who is committed and passionate about our purpose, ambition, and values to help launch our products in the retail market and build our brand and customer loyalty. You will be responsible for business development, sourcing new leads, onboarding, and managing B2B customer relationships.

  • Duties And Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations and product presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our products or services to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure new business.
Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Prepare periodic sales report. .
Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, academic plans, and career guidance provided.
Generate reports on client progress and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of trends in education, industry requirements, and emerging career opportunities.
Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance knowledge.
  • Attain the targets and make sure to maintain a continuous follow up with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 70,
  • 00 - 100,000.00 per month
