B2B Copywriter

Role Description

We are seeking a talented B2B Copywriter to join our team in Noida. This full-time position requires hours that overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST). The mode of work is hybrid, requiring the employee to work a night shift from home at least three days a week and report to the office twice a week in the morning before leaving to continue their shift at home. The role focuses on making compelling and engaging B2B content for email marketing campaigns, brochures, articles, adverts, and more to support sales directly.

The B2B Copywriter will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, including various organizational departments. Sales and Marketing teams will use the content they produce in email prospecting, email campaigns, marketing materials, collateral, website content, and web presentations.

Position Summary

This role requires a creative copywriter to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for our Sales team to use in email prospecting and nurture campaigns, phone call scripts, and presentations. Your words will inform and engage target audiences about the power of Veoci, a leader in the Emergency Management and Business Continuity SaaS space.

Responsibilities:

· Get the Veoci message heard across prospects in the US and worldwide.

· Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.

· Interpret copywriting briefs and respond to project requirements.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales cadences.

· Take feedback from management, edit, and proofread copy as needed.

· Source images and other content from the Veoci Databases.

· Ensure brand consistency in all content.

Skills:

· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

· Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

· Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy on technology topics in a B2B context.

· Proficiency in writing customer-facing emails in the US Business style.

· Innovative and intuitive, leveraging new trends like Generative AI for content creation.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles and audience segmentation.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

· Writing on behalf of Sales Development Reps and Account Executives.

· Developing copy for specific vertical markets, e.g., Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Airport Operation, Higher Education, and Aviation.

· Writing business-to-business sales copy.

· Creating sales cadences in tools like Salesloft or Outreach.

· Using tools like ChatGPT to enhance and improve messaging.

· Testing email subject lines and spam filters.

· Writing engaging copy on technology-related subjects clearly and concisely.

· Publishing examples of work on the web.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

Educational background:

· School: 80% and above in CBSE, ISCE, or IB boards from Tier 1 and Tier 2 city or Boarding Schools.

· College: High CGPA from a prominent college.

· On-campus education only.

Writing Samples

Submit three writing samples of business or technical content along with your resume.

· Email Marketing Campaigns: Persuasive emails with clear CTAs and performance metrics.

· Ad Copy: Short-form copy that captures attention and drives action.

· Landing Pages: Examples where your copy led to measurable conversions.
