Key Responsibilities
- Participate in virtual and face-to-face client meetings to assist the Business Development team.
- Engage with prospects and clients to gather feedback and manage inquiries.
- Efficiently communicate with internal and external senior-level management to comprehensively understand customer needs and complaints, optimize retention and growth, and disseminate learnings.
- Contribute to developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Offer insights and recommendations based on market research and client feedback.
- Manage overall relationships with new and existing customers, including providing product training, overseeing on-boarding, facilitating smooth transitions, boosting adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably experienced with SaaS products.
- Preferably with startup experience.
- Technical curiosity or experience, with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Quick learner, adaptable to evolving business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to educate executive decision-makers and build lasting relationships with them.
