B2B Application Software Sales Executives

Solsynch is an emerging provider of SAP and related services with rapid growth in both the Indian domestic and international markets. We have recently acquired a leading SAP service provider and implementation partner in Mumbai with a strong track record of over 100 implementations. Our flagship product, O-Ware, is a fully automated Warehouse Management System designed for ASRS and non-ASRS warehouses, offering seamless integration with leading ERP systems. Solsynch is also an authorized Application Service Provider with GST Network of India, providing integration of ERP solutions to government portals.

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Application Software Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for software sales, conducting sales presentations, lead generation, and consultative selling to drive business growth and client acquisition.

• Software Sales, Consultative Selling, and Sales skills
• Experience in conducting effective sales presentations and lead generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into business value propositions
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with SAP services and ERP systems is a plus
