Job description
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) with experience in helicopter maintenance. The AME will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of helicopters to ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications, have a strong understanding of rotorcraft systems, and exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities.
Qualification:
B1.3/B2 AME License holder on A109/AW169 helicopters
Experience in helicopter engineering, including design, development, and maintenance.
Work Experience:
Diploma or degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
Valid AME license (e.g., CAA, EASA, FAA, or equivalent).
Type rating(s) on specific helicopter models A109/AW169 is essential
Minimum 35 years of experience in helicopter maintenance, with a proven track record in troubleshooting and repairs.
Strong knowledge of helicopter systems, including rotor systems, engines, avionics, and electrical components.
Reporting to: Chief Engineering Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure optimum utilization of all technical and engineering resources (men and material) to achieve best in class and safe maintenance practices.
Reviewing all manufacturer's publications and changes in regulation.
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on helicopters as per manufacturer guidelines, aviation regulations, and company standards.
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on rotorcraft systems, including airframes, engines, avionics, hydraulics, and electrical components.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, including the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), or other relevant governing bodies.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest technologies, regulations, and best practices in helicopter maintenance.
Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
