We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedAzure Lead Architectto join our team.

The chosen candidate will oversee the migration and modernization of our infrastructure to Azure cloud, strategically managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and architectural expertise to ensure our cloud solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Azure-based infrastructure projects focusing on design, architecture, and cloud solution implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive cloud strategies and architecture
• Drive the migration of organizational data and applications from legacy systems to Microsoft Azure with minimal disruption
• Develop and promote robust, scalable Azure cloud solutions tailored to business needs
• Head migration and modernization initiatives optimizing Azure services and enhancing business operations
• Supervise and mentor a team of Azure architects and engineers in their respective project roles

Requirements :

• Overall experience of 20+ years with professional practice in management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or System Engineering
• Extensive leadership background involving Microsoft Azure, migration, and system engineering
• Proficiency in Azure IaC (Terraform), Azure DevOps, and Azure Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of cloud modernization and legacy system migration techniques
• Capable of successfully managing large-scale migration projects
• Exceptional project management competency with a knack for leading concurrent projects
• Superior analytical resilience in high-pressure scenarios
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships

• Hands-on experience with pre-sales solutioning and defending proposals to clients
