Job Title: Lead Engineer - Azure Event Bridge Integration

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Azure Event Bridge integration project. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Azure services, integration patterns, and cloud architecture. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive the project to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the Azure Event Bridge integration project, guiding the team through the design, implementation, and deployment phases.
- Architecture Design: Design a scalable, event-driven architecture leveraging Azure Event Grid, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other relevant Azure services.
- Integration Development: Develop and implement integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
- Team Management: Manage a team of cloud architects, integration specialists, developers, QA testers, and DevOps engineers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide regular updates, and incorporate feedback.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for integration, security, and compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize integration processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for the architecture, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering or cloud architecture.
- Extensive experience with Azure services, including Event Grid, Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Proven experience in leading integration projects and managing technical teams.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications:
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
