Position: Azure DevOps Trainer (Microsoft Certified Trainer)

Topics to Train:

• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Azure Administration (AZ-104)
• Design & Implementation of Microsoft DevOps Solution (AZ-400)

Job Type: Remote

Timings:

• Morning Sessions: 07:00 am - 10:00 am (Mon-Fri)
• Evening Sessions: 07:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

Session Duration: 1 Hour

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years with Azure DevOps

Compensation: INR 2500-3000/Session

Location: Remote

Batch Size: 15-20 students

Key Responsibilities and Accountability (KRAs):

Conduct Training Sessions:

Deliver live, recorded Zoom classes covering Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Administration (AZ-104), and Design & Implementation of Microsoft DevOps Solution (AZ-400).

Ensure sessions are interactive, engaging, and effectively communicate complex concepts to students.

Design Course Materials:

Develop and update training materials, slides, and handouts in line with the latest industry standards and Microsoft guidelines.

Create scenario-based assessments and real-world examples to illustrate key concepts.

Student Assessments:

Schedule biweekly labs and exams to track students learning progress.

Provide timely feedback on assessments and exams, and offer additional support where needed.

Live Demonstrations and Practical Labs:

Conduct live demonstrations of Azure tools and services.

Design and facilitate hands-on labs that provide students with practical experience.

Mentorship and Guidance:

Act as a mentor to students, offering guidance on career paths and certification exams.

Provide industry insights and best practices to enhance students learning experience.

Continuous Improvement:

Gather feedback from students to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Azure DevOps to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Coordinate with the administrative team to schedule classes and exams.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other trainers and the training coordinator to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Communicate effectively with students to address any issues or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.
• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience in delivering online training sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences.
• Familiarity with live and scenario-based assessments.
• Industry-based knowledge and expertise.
