Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our innovative and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and automation, with expertise in managing, securing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services.
Requirements
- Experience in architecting Public / hybrid cloud solutions with Azure
- Strong understanding of features and capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud Platform (like Virtual Networks, Compute, Security, Firewalls, Cache, Key Vault, Service Bus, ASR, Networking, Storage etc)
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Network Security Groups (NSGs) and Application Security Groups (ASGs)
- Proficiency in Azure Firewall to design, implement and manage robust security solutions within Azure environments
- Strong understanding of Service Endpoints and Private Endpoints to enhance the security and performance of Azure services
- Administer Azure Databases (such as Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Experience with Azure Application Gateway configuration and management
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps. Implement and manage Azure API Management to streamline API deployment, security, and monitoring
- Deploy and manage applications using Azure App Service and Azure Functions for serverless computing.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Bicep
- Understating of automation techniques and architectures using Azure Automation, Functions and Logic-Apps
- Implement and manage Azure Policy and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and best practices
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps/GitHub for CI/CD and release management
- Very Good understanding of Cloud observability using Azure monitor, Log Analytics workspace, AppInsights
- Knowledge of Azure cost management tools, budgeting, and strategies for optimizing cloud costs
- Expert knowledge of operating in DevSecOps environment.
