Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Azure DevOps Engineer at NationsBenefits in Hyderabad. The Azure DevOps Engineer will be responsible for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), software development, continuous integration, system administration, and Linux operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing infrastructure deployments, improving system reliability, and ensuring seamless software development processes.
Qualifications
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise
- Proficiency in Software Development and Continuous Integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Min 1-3+ years of experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- 5+ years of experience with Azure services, Azure ASPs, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, etc.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and frameworks, such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Azure Bicep or similar.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of .net core, micro services is huge plus.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., HIPPA, PHI, HiTrust, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
