Responsibilities:

• Data Pipeline Design and Implementation: Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Pyspark notebooks, Spark SQL, and Python. This includes data ingestion, data transformation, and data loading processes.
• Data Modeling and Transformation: Transform data into reusable analytics assets using Microsoft Fabric components, including lakehouses, data warehouses, notebooks, dataflows, data pipelines, semantic models, and reports
• Exploratory Analytics: Leverage languages such as Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Kusto Query Language (KQL) and PySpark for exploratory analytics.
• Bring Best Practices: Work closely with other roles, such as solution architects, data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, and database administrators. Implement analytics best practices within the Fabric platform, including version control and deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions on Azure Synapse data pipelines.
• 3-5+ years of experience SQL, Python, DAX, KQL (Kusto), Azure Data Factory
• Ability to identify and implement industry best practices to improve existing processes; demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex data challenges.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong soft skills and high Emotional Intelligence

Preferred Qualifications:

DP600/DP700(beta) certification preferred
