Job Summary
As an Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based analytics solutions on Azure. Your role will involve building robust data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and utilizing best practices to streamline processes. Collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the organization's data initiatives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based analytics solutions on the Azure platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines using API and streaming ingestion methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translating them into effective data solutions.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation and infrastructure as code for streamlined operations.
- Develop and maintain data security models, adhering to data governance and compliance standards.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to optimize data solution performance.
- Provide regular updates and documentation, ensuring best practices in development.
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Skills- Core Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT service delivery and operations with global, onshore/offshore business models.
- 3+ years of specialized experience in the Azure Analytics space.
- Proficient in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, SQL scripting, Stream Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure App Service.
- Skilled in data pipeline development using API and streaming ingestion.
- Expertise in DevOps processes, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code practices.
- Additional Skills:
- Working knowledge of Python or Spark-SQL.
- Experience in security model development.
- Strong data analysis and analytical abilities.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Azure Data Engineer or higher.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within global teams.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
