Azure Data Engineer

Title: Azure Data Engineer

Duration: 06 Months

Location: 100% Remote

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST

Must Have Skills: Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Pyspark, Python, Azure SQL

Responsibilities:

The overall objectives of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Review Raw Data in the DataBricks repository and help define the Data Architecture.

Create data pipelines based upon underlying business rules.

Collaborate with the appropriate technical teamsindividuals.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have:

At least 8 years of Data Engineering experience, including experience in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding and experience with Data Architecture and Data pipelines.

Strong understanding and experience with DataBricks

Experience with Pyspark, DVT or similar.

Experience with SQL Queries, data tables, structure, etc..

Experience using Data Visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.

Experience with JIRA for project management and agile methodologies for software development.

Be a strong team player.

Show flexibility under changing conditions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

Experience creating PowerBI reports is a plus.
