Location : Hyderabad
Salary : 9-15LPA
Must have :
- Windows server administration working experience in L3 level
- Should have Data Centre operation (DC Ops) experience
- Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting windows servers related issues.
- Good logical skills and exposure in log analysis
- Perform tenant Cluster Buildout as per request queue
- Coordinate and execute end to end Cluster Buildout workflow
- Triage, Investigate and drive mitigation for Cluster Buildout blockers
- Analyse customer impact and suggest process changes and future improvements
- Advanced troubleshooting for complex Windows Server issues.
- Basic understating of Network concepts LAN, VLAN, Switch, Router, TCP/IP etc..
- Good knowledge on AD, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, PXE boot
- Hands-on experience of Windows infrastructure support tools
- Experience in driving Major Incident Outage Bridges
- Drive weekly/monthly review with customer
- Self-motivated to improve knowledge and skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Must have lead exposure in leading medium to big team
- Experience in driving weekly & monthly calls with customer and preparing the decks and writingRCA's.
Good to have :
- Azure Back end infrastructure support
- Advance PowerShell, Power Apps & Power Automate experience
- SQL reporting, Kusto, PowerBI working experience4-10yrs.
