Job Description

  • Technical Support: Provide Level 1+ support for Azure cloudservices, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
  • Virtual Machines (VMs): Assist with the deployment,configuration, and troubleshooting of Azure VMs.
  • Load Balancers: Configure and manage Azure Load Balancers toensure efficient distribution of network traffic.
  • Networking: Support Azure networking services, includingVirtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and VPN Gateways.
  • Monitoring: Utilize Azure Monitoring tools to track theperformance and health of cloud resources, and proactively identify and resolveissues.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and managebackup and disaster recovery solutions using Azure Backup and Site Recovery.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentationof configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service byeffectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs in a timelymanner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members anddepartments to ensure seamless integration and operation of Azure services.
