Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineering Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data engineering, and designing scalable data solutions.

As a Data Engineering Senior Lead or Junior Architect, you will be responsible for creating and implementing robust data architectures that support our business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data architectures. Select and implement appropriate data storage solutions (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes).

Lead the development of data models, data warehouses, and databases.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.

Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability.

Evaluate and select appropriate data engineering tools and technologies.

Develop and enforce best practices for data management and governance. Ensure data security, compliance, and data governance standards are met.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to data engineers and other team members. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and architecture.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

9+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role, with a minimum of 3 years in senior DE lead or an architectural capacity.

Strong expertise in data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
