Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AWS Solutions Expert with strong pre-sales expertise. This role involves designing scalable AWS cloud solutions and supporting the sales team by providing technical insights and client-facing presentations. You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate those into AWS architectures, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose AWS solutions, respond to RFPs, and deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Solution Design: Develop secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS cloud environments using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora, Lambda, VPC, EKS/ECS, WAF, API Gateways, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MSSQL).
  • Cloud Deployment: Assist in implementing solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform, and support automation of deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a technical advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle and post-implementation, ensuring solutions align with their business objectives.
  • Security & Optimization: Ensure AWS solutions adhere to security best practices and conduct cost optimization reviews to maximize value for clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud solutions and provide mentorship on AWS best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in cloud solutions, with 2+ years in pre-sales or client-facing roles.
  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AWS services, infrastructure such as code (CloudFormation, Terraform), and cloud security best practices.
  • Pre-Sales Skills: Excellent ability to align AWS solutions with business goals, respond to RFPs, and deliver impactful demos to clients across various industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Professional-level certifications.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD practices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
