We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QuickSight Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams in building complex reporting and analytics solutions on the AWS Cloud platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in QuickSight development best practices.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable QuickSight dashboards and reports.
- Optimize performance of QuickSight dashboards and data models.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices.
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and other relevant tools.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading QuickSight development teams for 5-10 years .
- Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of the AWS Cloud platform and its services.
- Expertise in designing and developing complex dashboards and reports.
- Experience with other reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik View is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques.
