Job Description
As an AWS Engineer you will
- Design and build Master Data Management application in AWS environment
- Create tools for automating deployment, monitoring, alerting and operations of the overall platform
- Establish best practices for DevOps and mentor the team to follow the best practices
- Collaborate with a various internal teams in building/migrating the M D M application
- Prepare the migration plan for Data and Application from on-prim to AWS cloud environment
- Analyze AWS Resource usage to optimize for a balance of performance vs cost
- Design the integration mechanism with other integrating applications (both cloud and non-cloud)
- Lead and mentor team of agile developers
- Reporting the progress of various work items to the product owner and other stake holders of the project on need basis
Core/Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10+ years experience in Information Technology
- A deep understanding of AWS Platform and AWS toolset
- Hands on experience in application migration from on-prim to cloud
- Experience is identifying the AWS tools/services based application process and integration needs
- Hands on working experience in AWS RDS.
- Experience with Data Engineering and the accompanying DevOps & DataOps workflows
- Experience in build CI/CD pipelines and integration of AWS with Github
- Experience in developing and optimizing the complex SQL processes
- Experience in configuring load balancer, Firewall, DNS, on-prem and AWS cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies based on the project needs
Good To Have Skills
- Certification on AWS
- Knowledge of Informatica MDM and Master Data Management
- Installation and configuration AWS RDS and JBoss
