Job Title: AWS DevOps TrainerWe are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable AWS DevOps Trainer with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and DevOps practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. As an AWS DevOps Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to a diverse audience, including professionals and students, both in-person and online.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive AWS DevOps training programs, including course materials, labs, and assessments.
- Conduct training sessions in a variety of formats, such as classroom, virtual, and on-demand.
- Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations to ensure participants gain real-world experience.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS services, DevOps tools, and industry best practices.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients and participants.
- Evaluate participants progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update training materials.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities for training programs.
- Mentor and support participants in their learning journey, offering guidance and answering questions.
- Continuously improve training delivery methods and techniques to enhance the learning experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a trainer in AWS and DevOps.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation) and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in developing training materials, including presentations, lab exercises, and assessments.
- Proficiency in using virtual training platforms and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address participants questions and concerns effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for teaching and helping others achieve their career goals.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in training a diverse audience, including corporate clients and academic institutions.
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools.
- Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role.
