Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Solution Architect Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our students, preparing them for AWS certification and real-world application of AWS solutions. This is a batch-wise position with a competitive compensation of 35,000 per batch.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive training sessions on AWS Solution Architect topics, including but not limited to cloud fundamentals, AWS core services, security, and architecture design.

Develop and update training materials, hands-on labs, and real-world projects to ensure the curriculum remains current with industry standards and best practices.

Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, helping them to understand complex concepts and succeed in their certification exams.

Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.

Stay updated with the latest developments in AWS technologies and integrate relevant updates into the training program.

Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the course content and delivery methods.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an AWS Solution Architect with a deep understanding of AWS services and best practices.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) certification is required.

Prior experience in delivering AWS training or teaching IT courses is highly desirable.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.

Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Security Specialist) are a plus.

Experience with other cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud is advantageous.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
