Job Description
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Overall Institutional Sales Business for the firm from the respective Zone/State you handle
- Prepare and execute a sales plan for the assigned relationships/accounts.
- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with institutional clients.
- Frequently interact with Institutional clients externally, industry bodies and peer groups externally, and Fund Managers & research teams internally to strengthen your network, knowledge, and ability to influence business.
- Liaising with Mid and Large-size treasuries/Institutional Clients in your geography.
- Understand clients financial goals and objectives and provide suitable investment solutions offered by the firm.
- Responsible for developing, building, and managing existing/new relationships to improve the market share
- Acquiring a new set of clients in small, mid, and large segments to improve the overall AUM.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
The Experience You Bring
- Should have existing relationships with key corporates, family offices, and distributors
- The incumbent should be well entrenched in the market and well-versed in the competition
- Should have 12-15 years of relevant experience in AMC or any other financial institution handling Institutional Clients.
- Proven expertise in instruments like equity mutual funds, debt funds, bonds, CPs etc.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and investment strategies.
