AVP/VP Program will be managing the Inclusive Tech Program being run at the incubation Center. This role also includes Stakeholder Management, Portfolio Management and Program Reporting responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the Vice President/Assistant Vice President for Inclusion Tech programs.
Lead program operations and provide leadership to the team on all fronts of program execution.
Collaborating with key internal stakeholders (e.g. program partners, marketing, legal, support, etc.)
Work closely and engage with partners (funders and investors, domain experts) and the portfolio startups to ensure they are successful in their mutually identified goals
Responsible for program progress reporting and reviews.
Handle a high volume of diverse engagements and the fast pace of the start-up environment
Key Skills/Abilities
Empathy: Deep understanding and experience in working with Startups
Agility: Ability to work with multiple partners, oftentimes having asymmetric demands, with last-minute changes to program structure
Presence: Can hold conversations with senior demanding executives and also get work done from people collaboratively across all levels of an organisation
Passion: Thrives on the energy, intensity and ambiguity of the startup world and the challenge of bringing mature and stable organisations to work with them
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with social media
Good to have: Domain experience (fintech, skilling, jobs & livelihood), thematic areas (women-focused, low-income etc.)
Qualification/Experience Required
Years of experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience
Minimum qualification: Post Graduation
Some working experience with startups or fintech preferred
