The Associate Vice President of Payroll is designed to manage the day-to-day activities in the organization's client facing payroll function. This position will oversee our growing team of Payroll Managers and Supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the payroll managers of a specified region within our nationwide organization
- Responsible for formulating and implementing strategies and policies related to the payroll function
- Assist with payroll software training, review forms and SOPs with division partners
- As an AVP, this position is designed to support, communicate and train employees within the department
- Work with other department leadership, new clients, mentor and develop payroll managers
- Travel Required

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ Payroll experience
- 4+ Experience Management experience
- 4+ in the PEO Industry
Required Licenses And/Or Certifications
- CPP required for this position
