Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist in evaluating candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice by highlighting its culture, values, and career growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Onboarding Support: Partner with HR and hiring teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience that goes beyond orientation, integrating new hires into the company culture and equipping them for success. This includes ensuring new employees feel welcomed, valued, and empowered from their first day.



Qualifications:

  1. . Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. . Proven experience 15 years in talent acquisition or a related HR role.
  3. . Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  4. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. . Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  6. . Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  7. . Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.

The Successful Applicant
