TITLE & ROLE Business Strategy and Marketing Lead (South India) This position leads strategy, marketing for South India and is at the heart of the business and plays a critical role in driving business strategy, communication & monetization efforts for ANAROCKs strategic partners. This position is at the center point of ANAROCKs sales, Developers Marketing and sales and Group strategy. This position focuses on; 1. Driving strategy in terms of product, pricing, communication, value propositions and go to market strategy along with ANAROCK sales team and Developers team to ensure delivery of targets. 2. Winning accounts with necessary market + Customer intelligence, strategy, and marketing along with Sales team to win accounts along with ANAROCKs Sales team. 3. Collaboration with multiple teams to Create appropriate reports and presentations that aid decision making and execution for sales 4. Monitoring mandate profitability, processes, tech compliance, performance to ensure successful delivery and intelligence from the mandate. 5. Integration of Value-Added Services in terms of ANAROCK Creative agency, Digital Agency, Tech Suite, Post Sales for integrated solution and larger accountability in delivery LOCATION - Prestige Trade Tower, Palace Road , Bangalore 560001 Key Traits 1. Overall experience of 10+ years of Proven delivery in strategy and marketing with a Real estate developer and / or strategic partner background. 2. Educational Qualification MBA PG (Top B Schools only) 3. Excellent Leadership, networking, and collaboration skills to handle multiple teams including owned business strategy marketing team 4. Analytics and Program Management experience with progressive and process driven organizations. 5. Implement Go-to- market strategies for launches/sustenance 6. Strong believer and ambassador of technology to build necessary processes in ensuring tracking and bringing in sales
