Role:
Develop and execute monthly/quarterly revenue and PnL strategy of the company aligning it with the company's goals and objectives with help from function heads
Preparing revenue forecasts during month along with key initiative and drive it across the org
Collaborate with key departments within the business (marketing, data, product), including project management
Manage the budget; ensuring costs, sales and profits are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business
Skill set needed:
Significant experience in general management and P&L delivery in 0-1 startups
Generalist with niche experience in business planning, marketing and data driven business; experience in fintech preferred
6-8 years of experience driving growth and revenue with hands-on approach
Someone who can handle ambiguity; and can prioritise basis impact sizing
Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
Strong ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
