Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate regulatory reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective regulatory reporting strategies and procedures.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and adapt reporting processes accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for regulatory reports.
  • Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in regulatory reports.
  • Provide training to staff on regulatory reporting procedures and standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of regulatory reporting professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP- Regulatory Reporting should have:

  • At least 8-10 years of overall experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  • Open to Gurgaon as a location, flexible with WFO/WFH arrangements.
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with the BFSI industry.
