Job Description

Oversee and manage daily operations of AIFs, SPVs, and other funds in the Gift City office.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and operational guidelines for alternate investment funds.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and fund managers.
  • Assess and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth functioning and regulatory compliance of the funds.
  • Support the setup and operationalization of global funds within India.
Role requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 9-13 years of relevant experience in AIF operations, with a focus on setting up and managing global funds in India.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation.
  • In-depth understanding of AIF operations.
Good to Have:
  • Additional experience or knowledge in fund operations and regulatory frameworks in the Indian financial sector.
